Here at Bare Beaute’ we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Illness Cancellation

If you are sick, please contact us either by phone/text (515-681-3143) or email barebeautephr@gmail.com as soon as possible. There will not be a charge for illness cancellations.

Missed Appointments

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $15 for a “missed” appointment fee. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your electrologist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full amount of scheduled time. Out of respect and consideration to your electrologist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. Thank you.
